Please note that you must take into account the following detailed format information:

Media format - Microsoft Word or OpenOffice.org Write.
Length - 4 pages.
Language - All papers must be in Spanish or English. Authors able to submit abstracts in both fluent Spanish and English are encouraged to do so.
Page Size and Margins - Set up for A4 size page; 2 cm top and bottom; 2.5 cm left and right.
Font Type - Times New Roman only.
Font Size - Use different sizes as follows:

• 12 point: body text, references, and Headings 1, 3, and 4
• 11 point: figure captions, table titles, and Heading 2
• 10 point: author affiliation and footnotes

Headings - Hierarchy, style, and spacing as follows:

• Heading 1: 12 pt. bold centered, all caps; 12 pts. (0.40 cm) space before, 18 pts. (0.60 cm) after (Paper title only)
• Heading 2: 11 pt. bold flush left, all caps; 9 pts. (0.30 cm) space before, 6 pts. (0.20 cm) after
• Heading 3: 12 pt. bold flush left, title case; 6 pts. (0.20 cm) space before 3 pts. (0.10) after
• Heading 4: 12 pt. italic flush left, title case; 3 pts. (0.10 cm) space, before, 0 pts. after

Spacing - Requirements:

• one space only between sentences
• paragraph spacing (6 points -0.20 cm- after)

Justification - All text must be justified full width
Footnotes - Use is discouraged
Tables - Must be numbered with Arabic numerals in the order cited in the text. Footnotes in tables should be designated by symbols (in the order *, †, ‡, §, ¦, ¶, #) or superscript lowercase italic letters.
Figures - All photographs, graphs and diagrams should be referred to as a 'Figure' and they should be numbered consecutively (1, 2, etc.). Multi-part figures ought to be labelled with lower case letters (a, b, etc.). Captions are centered if one line, run full width and justified if two or more lines. Please have in mind that the figures will be printed in black and white. Refer to the figure in the text.
